Thanks to its antiquated agriculture and extensive areas of untouched native forest and wetland, Romania is uniquely important for wildlife in Europe.
We had an amazing time and the whole trip went flawlessly. We would recommend Nature’s Wonderland Safaris and Joseph Mwangi without reservation. We ended up with a list of 316 birds and saw an amazing amount of wildlife.
I have no doubt that the Spurn Migration Festival will become a firm favourite in the birding calendar... the festival has the makings of an annual social gathering as well as an excellent opportunity to see some rare, scarce and common migrating birds.
