Laura Kammermeier is the creator and managing editor of Nature Travel Network. She is a writer, website producer, traveler, birder and a birding/nature travel consultant.

Laura has traveled Uganda, Europe, Ecuador, Belize, Honduras, Israel, and throughout the United States and publishes her travel experiences on NTN and from time to time contributes to magazines, newspapers, and blogs such as American Birding Association’s Birding, Bird Watcher’s Digest, and BirdWatching. Readers appreciate her warm, insightful commentary on birds and the nature travel experience.

Laura is also the sole proprietor of My Digital Nature, a web development and digital communications company specializing in nature and tourism clients. She and her associates provide website development and marketing services for organizations in the business of nature, travel, and birds. She also arranges familiarization tours for tourism boards, lodges, and tour companies.

Laura is president of her local bird club, the Rochester Birding Association, and lives in Rochester, NY with her husband and two children.
